Unlike other home inspection services, all Criterium's inspections and evaluations are supervised by licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.s) with a P.E. on site at each home inspection. In Tennessee, licensed P.E.s are the only ones who can legally comment on the structural integrity of a building. All Criterium building inspection services are performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE). NABIE is a chartered affinity group of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
